Collaborative Research with Impact

Two Collaborative Research with Impact showcasing events are taking place in March and April 2017.

New Delhi, India (8-9 March 2017)

The first showcase on 8-9 March 2017 was held at the Metropolitan, New Delhi and was organised by the Indian Council of Social Science Research with the British High Commission and the UK’s Economic and Social Research Council.

The event aimed to raise the profile of the Europe-India Platform, amongst Indian academic, policy makers and funding audiences in particular, and to highlight the value of international research collaboration in social sciences and humanities and build on the stronger relationships developed through EqUIP to create a forum for discussions to inform thinking around the future strategic direction of EqUIP.

Brussels, Belgium (24 April 2017)

The second EqUIP showcasing event will be held at Science Europe in Brussels on 24 April 2017.

The event will consist of presentations and a panel discussion between academic, policy and research funding stakeholders working on issues relevant to EqUIP’s strategic research agenda.

The panel session will be tweeted live. If you have a question for our multidisciplinary panel on how global research collaboration can assist policymakers in addressing global societal challenges, tweet @equipproject or use #equipproject. The discussion will also be available as online video after the event.
